Has anyone just felt off?!?!? Like just a bit dizzy, nauseous, but not flu like??? Probably nothing but just feel blah and when they are not as active and your just pooped for no reason you worry! Ugh not my first but maybe cause I'm older I worry more sigh!

I feel horrible today. I feel hot and don't want to get out of bed. a little lightheaded too. hopefully just stress
