To mommies who have already been thru the postpartum period. I gained like 30-40 pounds during my pregnancy which was fine I'm a week postpartum and almost back to my pre pregnancy weight but my belly is still really soft and kinda hangs I'm not sure if it's just extra belly fat or if my skin stretched so much that it's gonna be like that forever. Any tips on helping my tummy skin tighten back up would be greatly appreciated. I still use my stretchmark cream from when I was pregnant every day
Thankfully I've had it pretty easy not much bleeding or cramps just back pain so far I've only had to take 2 of my pain pills hopefully it stays this way @cherbabii
don't use a waist trainer till you ask your doctor. spanks are a good plan though. it will help with the cramps. mine got really bad at 3-4 weeks postpartum
I have a waist trainer but I feel like that's gonna be to harsh . So something like spanks would help maybe ? @cherbabii @kaelyndakota I plan on it once I'm cleared to work out I'm starting the bgb program and its lots of cardio with a little strength training a lot of moms have used it and look amazing!
use a belly band or bind it with a stretchy fabric. right now your insides are trying to figure out where they are supposed to be so they need a little bit of help.
