I think I'm losing my milk supply :(( any suggestions of how I can get it back? my sons only 5 months old and I wanted to breastfeed as long as I can. (not wanting to stop now of course) I work 2 jobs and can only pump at one of the jobs the other I go 5-8 hours without pumping because I am a server and depends on how busy we are. I'm so sad I am not ready to give up breastfeeding yet!

@kelseyfox2015, I am going to try oatmeal I've never heard of fenugreek lol.

there is a tea called mothers milk.. its suppose to help

drink water alof of water and try to pump as much as you can
