Well, I made it through the day with this new "diet". They don't call it a diet, they say watch what I eat. To me it's a diet, that's what it sounds like. If the shoe fits wear it. 😒 No sugars, salt. Plenty of water, unsweetened tea is good and 1% milk. Eat vegetables and fruits. No fast food. Eat lean meats. Well, for breakfast I had corn flakes and a banana with a cup of coffee. I did cheat with the coffee. I had three scoops sugar. One cup wont hurt. 😶 For lunch I had two oranges and some water. For dinner I had another bowl of cereal and a banana with a bottle water. Just now I had a snack, crackers & peanut butter and baby carrots with a bottle water.Out come of it all I feel flavorless, bland and still hungry but that's because I am used to pigging out. I think I did good today. Tomorrow is another challenge. 😊 I can do this. 💪😬👊
