Those of you that have already had your babies, if every time you wake up at night and change your baby's diaper and feed them, routine like clockwork... Well if one time after 2 weeks you change their diaper and they fall asleep as you're almost done making their bottle, do you wake them back up since they just fell asleep? Or stick the bottle back in the fridge and just accept that you'll have to wake back up in an hour to feed them because you let them stay asleep?

No idea lol. There's an app I think it's called babybump it's a purple app it has a group about cloth diapering I think. It may have been asked and answered before. I haven't been on that app in forever so I'm not 100% sure

Do you know if that is what's called a "wet bag" in the cloth diapering world? I've seen it here and there, but never searched to find out what it meant.

It would have cooled down by the time he woke back up. Unfortunately he needs it warmer than room temp or I woulda just left it out lol. I should have woke him up though or fed him anyways since he sleeps and eats often anyways. @babylove11416 and @mamalamadingdong there's cheap bags you can get and just put like a little bowl with a bag at the changing table like a mini trash can, then when the bag is full, tie it and toss it in a big can.

There are just so many things to think about, right? The other day I was trying to figure out where wipes would go if I were to start doing cloth diapering. My mom laughed and said, "the garbage- where else would they go?!" but I tried to explain that when you cloth diaper, you obviously keep the diapers. So you wouldn't wrap up your dirty wipes with them like you do when you toss disposable diapers... That means you'd have to pull up a garbage can every time you did a diaper change... and the garbage can would stink like poo from the wipes. You couldn't use a diaper pail for them because the poo would get all over the diaper pail! And you'd need little baggies to put the wipes in every time you go out. I'm going cross-eyed trying to figure this out again right now lmao. Anyways, my point is- don't overthink it, just go with it. Let baby sleep- make a new one later, lol.

@mamalamadingdong, it's definitely a hard decision lol. I figured if I sat down a minute hopefully he'd wake back up. Maybe if I take the pacifier 😁 gave it to him to get a few more non screaming minutes to finish warming up his bottle and it put him to sleep lol.
