@leanne2016, Actually! Apparently it's from lying on your back, but I've done that before for longer than 20 mins and never even felt dizzy. It wasn't anymore painful than usual though. Just maybe try and sit up a tiny bit if you go. Glad it's done though as crazy as that sounds.
