So there is sickness going around my house AGAIN. I've been breastfeeding my baby as much as possible, but he spits it up after EVERY feeding...is he still getting all the nutrients???

So there is sickness going around my house AGAIN. I've been breastfeeding my baby as much as possible, but he spits it up after EVERY feeding...is he still getting all the nutrients???
My breastfeed baby spit up constantly for a solid 7 months and was the chubbiest little baby ever... So I would say yes, they still get what they need:)
