As you ladies know my water broke last Saturday morning around 3:30a.m. I was transported to the hospital by ambulance due to the snow blizzard. I was admitted and my labor was induced on January 25th at 9a.m. At 1:16p.m. My daughter was born. She was born 5 weeks early weighing 5pounds 12ounces. She was flown away to Georgetown university hospital for upper respiratory problems with her lungs. My daughter is now 4 days old and is doing 100% better and will be coming home on Monday. I can truly say she is a fighter. She was taken off her oxygen yesterday and she has started feeding from a bottle and no longer need a feeding tube. As much as it hurt me to leave her in the hospital yesterday I know she's in good hands at Georgetown. AND she'll be home in 3 more days.
