I was gonna quit pumping & formula feed but I've changed my mind. however I haven't pumped in 4 days. is there a way to get my breast milk back????

hydrate hydrate hydrate! anything with electrolytes will help you stay hydrated (smart water, Gatorade, powerade) healthy fats (avocados almonds, etc) steel cut oats. lactation cookies/brownies/smoothies (recipes online)
however often your baby usually eats for 20minutes. unless you want to power pump. then i think it's different. maybe Google that if you're interested because I'm not sure on the specifics.
