Who all has had a C-section? I had my first delivery vaginaly but I can only have C-sections for the rest of them and my man is worried so what are your experiences??
@littlelady8, lol just tell him not too look over the curtain or turn around when he goes over to the baby. my hubby turned around and its an image he can't ever get rid of lol
I had a c-section a week ago. It wasn't what I planned but needed to be done. Honestly it was really nothing... it was a little scary since I never had surgery before but you will get a strong epidural so you won't feel a thing waist down, there will be tugging and pulling and you'll feel that but it doesn't hurt its just a weird sensation. Then they'll pull baby out and start cleaning you up and closing you up right away. Mine took probably 20 minutes and then I was in the recovery room holding my son. The healing after is longer than vaginal but the nurses will help you get on your feet within 6 hours of the procedure so you can start moving because moving is important just don't over do it. It'll take at least 6 weeks to heal and it will be a bit uncomfortable but as long as you take it easy and get help from your SO or anyone who offers to you'll manage so don't worry :)
