but I was told depo is start too messy with your brain and causing your hair to fall out I use to be on depo after I had my son and my hair done came out so bad to had to cut it

oh I never got it in the butt but once . I didn't like it there so I just let them put it in my arm

I always got the depo in my hip, it would be sore at most 2 days but the longer you take it the less sore it gets (at least it did for me, I was on it for 8 years though).

just move your arm alot it will help you get used to the pain

yes it's normal it last a couple days it's like when u get the flu shot
