i've heard that you aren't allowed to eat lunch meat unless you heat it up.. i really want a ham sandwhich right now. does anybody know anything about what you can and can't eat while pregnant?
same here people have been having babies for ages. lunch meat has been around my doctor told me I can eat it just not every day.
I eat lunch meat cold.. especially in the beginning of my pregnancy, and I haven't had any issues at all.
correct, any delicious meats because as they sit around they grow Listeria @adriennelea
wait so what meats aren't you supposed to eat unless heated up so you're not supposed to eat Ham n bologni n stuff?
thank ya! i'm glad other people eat it. i'm not worried about it now. i just didn't want to take chances if it's actually a major thing. @maybaby2016
yeah I had my twins no problem. I didn't eat it everyday. but I didn't have any problems, but I understand that every woman and baby are different.
oh yeah. i googled it after i heard people talking about it and it's a real thing. @adriennelea
You have an increased chance of getting Listeria from the meat which is why it is recommended that you heat it up....it's a small percentage of a chance so don't stress yourself too much. some take precaution and some don't...
the only thing that worried me is i've heard it can cause a miscarriage from listeria. i'm just making sure other people have ate it with no problems. @twinmamma2015
I ate lunch meat all the time. if you really are worried toast your sandwich in the oven for like 5 mins. but I ate lunch meat
i have once before and then someone told me not to, but i also have heard people say all you have to do is heat it up until it's steaming and it kills the listeria. @emmajeremy2627
dang.. i just ate one.. but next time i'll heat it up just to be on the safe side. @shayleesimmons
