Saw the doctor everything is fine, no more bleeding, dr couldn't find the heartbeat with the Doppler so I started getting worried, so we did an abdominal ultrasound and baby is doing fine moving a ton and heart rate is perfect, so happy I got to see him/her again. As far as the bleeding she suspects UTI.
