When did you decide to inform your boss of the pregnancy? I just got hired Nov 10th and didnt find out I was until beginning of Dec. I am now now 12 weeks.

i work in the food industry and i told them at maybe 20 weeks? i told them it wont affect anything schedule wise other than prenatal appointments and i stayed as long as i possibly could. they respected that i was still willing to work and run around with my head cut off even while prego lol

@katarama, i understand. I work in a office so yeah I guess it depends. @mommy2be15 I am going through the same feelings. I dont think I am going to get maternity leave because my probation is a year. I am just talk to HR. My work environment is judgmental and I just dont want the stress. STRESSFULLLLLLLL ;-)

it depends on if you get maternity leave.. I'm a waitress so I can leave when I'm ready. also my workplace is not going to be supportive, just judgemental so I'm waiting as long as possible to tell them. probably next month when I'm 18 to 20 weeks

I told my boss the day I found out because we deal with a lot of heavy lifting. It just depends on what kind of job you have and if it will present any kind of risk to your pregnancy.
