lost my plug at 36 weeks and here I am 40 weeks and still pregnant lol

I know someone who lost their plug around 35 weeks and still went over a week overdue x

you can be loosing plug for weeks and weeks. if it hasn't got blood in it, it can regenerate. if it has got blood in it then it can't. Loosing plug doesn't really mean anything, could come the next day could come in 3 weeks. just depends on when baby is ready x
