So Im always forgetting to take my prenatal, and I'm obsessed with pizza and mac n cheese. I feel like my babies going to come out small due to my eating habits. it's just so hard to eat something else when you just crave something and your husband is wonderful and buys what you want to eat. 😣😢😭

I'm glad my stomach doesn't hurt from doing it but I have always trenches my pancakes in butter, especially the ones from Swan's. those are the best

@adina565, I am pretty sure I know what you're talking about lol My husband is Mexican and his parents have it all the time! Butter is the way to go lol Butter and some sugar. I was so happy to eat it lol But now I know I probably shouldn't sadly haha My poor stomach hurt so bad!

I LOVE a lot of butter on my pancakes. my husband uses this weird cream, it's white and he also uses another one that looks like Carmel apple sauce but there both in Spanish and they just aren't good. haha @littlepeanut91

the only person that is home with me in the mornings when I get up is my 2 year old son. then by the time I get home from work it's just past midnight. @bricebarrett102397

I've been bad. I had a pancake with a lot of butter for dinner tonight (was too lazy to make pasta after making pancakes for my boys haha). Pretty sure it brought on a huge gallbladder attack and now I'm positive my doctors gonna put me on a low fat diet. I don't want salad right now lol

I use to be super bad at taking my prenatal but now I take it every morning as soon as I get up get into a routine or if you are home with someone see if they will remind you my boyfriend reminds me sometimes

I also take my prenatal right after I eat dinner. I've had pizza craving throughout this pregnancy and I would have loved to have ate pizza everyday, but with the help of my husband we made the choices of buying the fruits and veggies that I craved and he would get me a pizza once a week or every other week. when it came to the bad cravings I let him control the amount I ate of it...I know it may be weird but it helped cause I didn't put on the weight that I would have put on if I ate the bad stuff everyday. may be try finding some other things the baby may like...I would spend a lot of time in the produce smelling the fruit and veggies I wanted. I also found having oj when taking my prenatal taste great..

put them next to your night stand and take them b4 bed. leave them out so you see them. As far as eating habits, being a mom means sacrificing our needs or wants for the best int of our child. Work on self control and maybe only giving into cravings maybe once a week???? Babies need alot of different nutrients to grow and develope properly. I tried to eat as healthy as possible especially being a vegetarian and making good eating choices that were going to benefit my daughter. id read up on what organs or systems that were being developed that week or time frame and goofled what foods helped support that developement and ate or snaked on those foods. good luck. i hope this helps or influence your eating habits for you and your baby.

I know exactly how you feel! Sometimes I eat like crap but I try to make up for it by drinking at least 2 super smoothies a day. Lol
