I would do it. My husband has another child that he pays child support for and he doesn't see the kid mostly because the mom won't let him because of me which is stupid but anyways that's his way of knowing that baby is taken care of. If he ain't going to help you physically them make him help you other ways like child support. It's your best option

You do have a good point. Because my mom and her bf wants to take me to this housing place so me and my daughter can get on our feet tomorrow then child support...

Take the child support, he owes you and your child. The money is for your kid not for you so def take it because he definitely owes your baby more than anything!!!

you should take the child support u didn't make that precious baby by urswlf..
