yeah it does a bit but more uncomfortable. I've had 4 babies and everyone I was scared about going as I suffered with bad piles too 😯 drink loads of water too and it should help you not to get constipated but it's normal to not go straight after u have had baby xx

worst thing you can do is hold it in. go when u need but I found using a pad to push onto your stitches whole u go helps xx
