

I do not miss that stage, /: I'm sorry it does get better eventually!! the main thing that worked for me was the way I was laying. I would lay in sort of fetal position with the people under my belly and my head propped up. Try it, it gave me a little relief sometimes.
Ginger ale? Helped me a little. People told me to eat crackers. Didn't work. I threw those up too.
