Before I was pregnant i weighed 146 at the end I weighed 156. went to the doctor on the 31st I weighed 139. Now to just tighten up my stomach..... any ideas ladies
me either I'm too lazy too work out and I'm 6 weeks post partum and my vagina still not fuuuully healed (I had stitches) so if I walk or be on my feet long my vagina start hurting lol so I'm just like idk what to do
