could deff be contractions, i had the same problem a week ago, finally it went away. back labor is real. they told me it was my body prepairing for the real deal.

You can try a warm bath in Epsom salt. Or a heating pad on your back. @jocelyn23

I've seen some women compare having contractions to period like cramps. If it gets unbearable I'd go to the ER for sure. @jocelyn23
