I need advice... Me and my husband live with his parents till January but so does his sister and her two kids but she works but after work she rather go to her boyfriend's and party and drink and me and my husband's mom are getting the kids pawned off on us she lies about what she does then comes back and starts a lot of shit and she uses the mom card. like if you don't watch them I'll take them away.. and me and his mom are fed up and I don't know what to do... help?

Take photos of u watching the kids n record every time she ask n says that crap and take picture of her coming in early morn everyday the pics should say the time they was taken
take pictures get prof and take her to court for custody

exactly his mom is to her breaking point she has cried for the last month every night because she doesnt want her grandbabies taken away from her.. I just don't want to be lied to then hear her drag herself in at 4 o clock in the morning
Mom would have to be the one to kick her out, but both of you have to be able to say no. You dont have to give excuses, but if you want to, you can just simply say you are tired, or you want a quiet night in, or you have some shopping to do, or cleaning to do. Simply saying no, you can't do it might be best so she gets used to hearing no. Cuz its too much to ask for all that more than 2x a week. Everyone else has lives too.
I would try to get custody of them. There mom obviously don't want them.
