for those ladies that got there membrane strip what is your experience with it. did you go into labor later after that or did it do nothing. I'm 37 weeks and 4 days pregnant

I haven't had it done but I had a friend who had to have hers done 3 times before her contractions were consistent and labor started. she said about 45 minutes after the 3rd one, she was headed back to the hospital because the contractions were 5 minutes apart
