it's different for most women... but mine start like a period cramp and intensify and wrap around to my lower back... my stomach gets hard as a rock... it's kinda like Braxton hicks which is just a tightening but the pain intensifies and they usually last about 45 sec - 1 min

I'm curious as well... I think I may have felt some but I'm not 100% sure

I just start my timer... I have an app on my phone called contraction timer...it times the length of each contraction and how far apart they are...
