hi all have any of you suffered with pain in your left hip, groin and knee cap, sounds stupid i know but im in agony and want to know if this is normal, thanks x

I have hip pain and I already had problems with my knees before getting pregnant so I have a lot of pain in them. It's so bad I could sit and cry sometimes. But I would definitely check with midwife when you see her today :) X
could be a few things don't worry too much if you can put a hot water bottle on the hip.. Might help x
i see her tomorrow so i will ask, i dont know if its due to extra weight or because of the way the baby is lying, whatever it is is so uncomfy its only come on today x
I have in my hips. but I put that down too my hips opening for baby in 5 weeks. have you checked with your midwife? x
went to see the midwife today for a checkup she said it could be hormones relaxing my joints which could be causing the pain, she told me to carry on taking paracetamol, and if it gets any worse to see my gp, so ill see how it goes xx
