Having 3 children at age 22 is hard, especially when only 1 is biologically mine. A sick sister and a deadbeat brother in law ended with me getting guardianship of my 2 nieces last year. 7 years old and will be 5 years old in February. And the father of my daughter left before she was even born. If it wasn't for my brother, I would have gone crazy.

If my daughters father hadn't left, we would have 5 children between us. He has 2 from his previous marriage. You are definitely a super mom!
I know how you feel! when I met my husband I was 20 and I already had two kids ages 2 and 14 months. he was a single dad with twin boys that lived with him full time, they were 3. we moved in together and I quit my job and became a stay at home mom of 4 (ages, 1, 2 and two 3 year olds) at just 20 years old. it was hard bit I learned as I went. we now have a son together as well. our kids are now ages two 11 year olds, 10,9 and our son we share is 5. I'm 16 weeks pregnant with our daughter due in may! its exciting and challenging at the same time but it becomes your life, who you are. I am a mom of 5 almost 6 and I wouldn't have it any other way.....even on the days I want to pull my hair out lol

My brother and his ex don't have a great relationship. They have joint custody of their 6 year old DD and my brother gets her every other weekend and 5 weeks in the summer. Both he and his ex are married now (they were never married to each other).

They don't teach cursive in school anymore? Is this true? My 10 year old niece and 7 year old nephew were mesmerized by me writing in cursive and my brother said it isn't taught anymore because it's considered unnecessary. I guess I'm getting old, but I find that kind of sad.

My opinion is hell no. 16 year old is still a kid. Kids now a days want to be grown so bad and be in adult relationships and situations. I know when my daughters are 16 and they tell me they are dating an 18 year old. I will surely flip my lid.
My 5 year old brother just got circumcised due to all the infections he kept on getting & seeing him in so much pain not being able to walk makes me glad I got my son circumcised as a newborn & planning on doing the same with my second baby.
