Do any mommies know how to treat a heat rash? My son got a little one on the back of his neck, I just noticed it yesterday. It looks better today than it did last night, but it's still not completely gone. I'm just keeping him dressed in a little short sleeve onesie that doesn't have legs for now until it clears, and I'm not taking him out of the house yet either.
