Any ladies have a schedule for breastfeeding and pumping? I can't find one in google.

I started pumping. in the hospital, because Baby had to stay under the lights for his jaundice. Now I got used to pumping and it gives Daddy a chance to feed Baby while I nap.

Any info will really help. 😄
