Update: Had my membranes swept 24 hours ago..Had cramps and lower back pain the entire night but now it has settled. Lost a bit more of my mucus plug. Have another appointment on Tuesday and a Non Stress Test..Midwife plans on doing another sweep then. Anyone else gone overdue like this? 😢 How long after the sweep should I expect for anything to start?

I'll be 41 weeks tomorrow and I suppose I won't have a choice but to get induced if baby doesn't feel like coming 😢. There goes my birth centre birth plan.
I did inductions for my first two. 10 days late for the first and 9 days late for the second. Had no choice.
it went really well it took me forever to make up my mind the day of but it really kicked things into gear. it is kind of scary but really it just gets the inevitable process going. you'll do great no matter what :)

I had 3 membrane sweeps and it didn't do anything for me. I was induced a week after my due date

I had 2 membrane sweeps before contractions started an stayed. didn't take long after the 2nd one maybe an hour an I was in labour
Oh and I'm 1.5cm dilated and 25% effaced. Baby is super low..the midwife could almost touch his head!!
I was 9 days OD with my first, and then induced via cervadil. With my second I went into labour spontaneously after a stretch and sweep at 10 days OD. I remember how exhausted and anxious I was being that OD. I really feel for you.
