I smoked before I got pregnant but quit as soon as I found out I was. I know it is very bad for you and was a terrible habit and I don't plan on starting back but I did love my vape too. Do you ladies know if it's safe to smoke a vape while breastfeeding? I also get some flavors with no nicotine at all. Just like the flavors.

Only because I love the flavors. Like Caramel Macchiato and Mocha. I would get just the flavors though no mg of nicotine at all.
I know I don't plan on starting back on cigarettes. I was just wondering about vapes (only the flavors no nicotine) because I wasn't sure if they still have any chemicals in them that could harm her. I definitely don't want to smoke cigarettes again I feel much better since I don't. :) @gvarra92
I'd you can go your pregnancy without doing anything why start back up ? I'm sure you can quit it all :) take one day at a time. I use to smoke before I got pregnant with my 1st then started again after just when I would drink I would have one, then I got pregnant again and quit obviously and he's 3 weeks and I'll never smoke again when I was pregnant this time I felt sick to my stomach when I'd smell it on my stomach so now I don't even want to be near it. I'll never again.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

@raelynnsmommy, yes I understand I would maybe talk to one of your doctor's or midwife and see how they feel about it
