@essex-angel, trust me if I can do it you can, I normally pass out but I found it okay, just ask to lay down for it and chew chewing gum is my advise for someone who doesn't like needles x

my arm was very heavy and hurt for a couple of days after, but I tensed when she did it because I'm needle phobic... other than that it went fine 😄

@essex-angel, nope not really, the area where the needle went in feels slightly numb and nothing else :) if ur ok with blood tests this will be a doddle for you :))

@essex-angel, it was over in seconds :)) the blood tests r much worse x

ha ive got mine in a couple of weeks.. im not too worried about the after effects, im just bloody scared of the needle 😱 lol x

The arm hurting every time you lift it is nornal :):) I remember when I was at school. Girls would always complain about there arms hurting after an injection. Mine never did :) Probably because I would move my arm up and down and move it quite a bit after the injection. Where as everyone else's normal reaction was to keep there arm very still after it. @chlo123

Don't know if it was just mine but my arm killed every time I lifted it for about 2-3 days after!xx
