Day 8 Birth Plan
I plan on having my Mother and Husband there for labor and birthing. I Plan on doing a natural birth with no medication. My mother did it so I figured hmm why can't I? I want to hold my son right after birth skin to skin. That's what I've came up with so far.
Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?

My birth plan is a non med plan. I do not want the epidural. And with it being my first everyone keeps telling me I'll get it... I know I won't because Iv heard so much horrible things about the epidural so I'll probably do other pain meds if it comes down to it but not that! Can someone tell me how to survive the natural birth? Because I'm also thinking water birth... Need help and heads up! Lol
