Happy Memorial day! My husband and I really wanted ribs today but starting the grill can seriously just be a bit to much for a family of 3 with only 2 eating!(I only like starting the grill if we are actually doing something big!) So we are having Crock Pot ribs... gonna lay it in the oven once they are completely cooked to carmalize it a little... Hope you all enjoy your memorial day.
