I need help from the mommies!

I need to take the gestational test. The office is flexible though I can go whenever I want in the week. I was planning on going today since my last meal was over 12 hours ago. But yesterday I ate a cinnamon roll from Cinnabon and had inn n out burgers. I don't usually eat crap like that but we were running errands and I was also craving something sweet. Would that affect my results since yesterday I had a high sugar intake?
