@thencomesbabyj, lol yes. I'm terrible I want to lift heavy lol it's tough going from deadlifting 275 to deadlifting 75. Or push pressing 125 to only 65! Lol whomp whomp!! Lol

@babyjcmom, oh wow that's cool. I'm a former basketball player I coach now. People say listen to your body but then the competitor in me makes me keep going. I'm not going to stop. She scales down my workouts so I just do what I can even if it's a little! Keep it up!

@thencomesbabyj, I've been crossfitting for 2+ years so it was cool for me to continue I just scaled down my weights. Same with yoga & running 2+ years. I just listen to my body. My coach and I are both pregnant. She's a week ahead of me :-)

I started crossfit shortly before I got pregnant. It scares me. My trainer has trained pregnant women before but it still freaks me out
