I'm exhausted and in pain and have been since yesterday and I can't get rid of it, it started in my lower back and now my entire spine, neck, shoulders and head hurt since yesterday and last night I found a lump on the left back side of my neck, but I don't have a doctor currently, and can't go to the ER since my fiance has to work and I don't want my daughter in it.
