prune juice is a good idea, or a lax, but when your sitting on yhe toilet, put a box or something and place your feet so your in a low squat position, it makes it a bit easier to go
it's so gross but try adding prune juice to like a smoothie or even drink it warm (I wouldn't recommend that it's gross) but it works & you don't have to force it lol. I'm on so many pills because I'm having preterm contractions at 23 weeks & that's what I have to do. lol.
