Bein in to hospital for monitoring 2 days in a row. baby's heart rate was slight fast 164 instead of 140-160. found out that it's due to my pulse being high and making her stressed :( I suffer from anxiety (badly) and when I go to the hospital my heart rate goes through the roof. :( any one else like this? I'm worried about how I'm gonna cope with labour if I can't get control of it :(
