anyone deal with heart issues while pregnant? I had an echo done, I had one my last pregnancy and I had one this pregnancy just because all of my pregnancies are high risk and they have been pretty close together. Another miserably hot, summer day. My kids haven’t even wanted to go outside for the last 3 days now bc of the awful heat. Not that I blame them but they’re getting stir crazy inside & there isn’t much else to do that they haven’t already done a 100x. I’m in my second trimester with a boy and todays appointment really sucked. Whew! School is finally put, but that means all our employees are off and only salary is on staff. As we only run a fraction of service during summer feeding we go from about 4200 meals a day to about 300 at 3/7 of our sites, this means moving leftover food...Lots of it. Long story short I can't move today. Jurrasic Park marathon in bed.

Just popping in with some awesome storm pics from last night. Had major storms again, between 5-10 tornados. They are still surveying to see how many actually touched the ground. Our average for the year is 58, we’ve already had 69 and the tornado season is just starting.
Also get you a husband who will drive 24 miles into the storm and strong winds, to change a tire for our wonderful ice cream truck lady who drives 2 hours to our town because we don’t have anyone local who does that anymore.

It’s been a long day, I’ve had cramps from hell, and my head is killing me. I made a post yesterday about my daughter having a fever that started on thursday and no other symptoms. I took her to our chkd urgent care yesterday to make sure she didn’t have an ear infection. This is the second time in a month that she’s had a random fever no other symptoms. So the dr we saw did a really good work up. She did swabs for flu, strep, checked the ears, all of that was good. A little update

It’s my last week at work, I am excited and nervous all in one, I know no matter what whether I stay at home or find another job it’s the right choice, they have not replaced me, they are putting it on our activity director in the assisted living home to come over to the adult day care to cover my shifts, it’s been very awkward here considering no one is happy I am leaving🥴
