We were getting somewhere with sleeping through'! But yet again she keeps waking up for a bottle between 1-4am. No matter what i do in the day, she naps and doesn't nap, she eats loads then has days where she doesn't, ive left her to cry for longer....then i find shes still awake for ages, she doesnt go back to sleep!!
Her bedtime is anytime between 6.30/7.30 some nights she will mess until gone 8 but still doesn't sleep, she has baths, white noise, shes warm enough but not to warm

Honestly i dont know what to do!
When she has these bottles her tummy is rumbling, even though its just oats milk her belly must feel better afterwards 😩😩😩😩
She has tea between 5-6 and a bottle at bedtime, i also tried to give her some cereal before bedtime ( still woke up)
Do they have growth spurts? She started to sleep through for a while and all of a sudden not again

Im not much help sorry but my oldest is up multiple times a night still. Its exhausting because he feels the need to come wake me up too. I'd just continue to stick with the routine you are used to.

I wouldn’t say it’s too early, it’s the perfect bedtime for a little one. They do have regressions, my daughter did the same a few months ago. Just be persistent, it will pass xx

Im hoping its a regression, i always stick to her routine no matter what so ive got my fingers crossed! we had a really good period of her sleeping through again so its just frustrating isnt it x

@single_mama_, yes I get it. Josie is playing up when we first put her down at the minute and I’m not used to it. She’s started cutting her nap so it’s affecting her routine.
My kids have always gone to bed early. I now have teenagers and I’m in bed before them 🤣
I was on my own with 4 of them for a couple of years so know what you mean about having time for you. It’s definitely needed! Xx

I wouldnt put her to bed that late to be honest. Its always been between 6.30 and 7.30
Ive researched this and sleep professionals say its the right time to put her to bed. Im also a single parent i get zero support so putting her to bed any later will not benefit me and my time, i know from 730 i can sit down and relax after ive done my chores, im usually in bed by 9/10, id not have a life
