I am so tired... my daughter who turns 3 in May has only slept straight through 4 nights since she has been born. She no longer has a sleep during the day. I put her to bed at 7:30 I have to lay with her until she falls asleep usually takes her around half and hour. She still wakes up anywhere between 1 to 3 times a night and is up every morning between 4:30 and 5:30 to start the day. Why does she not need sleep?? I hope the next bubba is a sleeper!

By the time she was 9mths old she wouldn't sleep while out...
In car as newborn till 10wks was ok to sleep but Most of the time after 10wks.. car stops she'd wake...
Even now.. if we drove through the night, she'd stay awake till after 10:30pm or later....
So we now don't drive at night time if e cna help it

Thanks for the advice. I think I will speak to my Dr because stella has never been a sleeper even as a newborn. I am usually an early riser too, but this pregnancy is exhausting I just need sleep!! Lol

Some website can give you tips for sleeping...
She does need more then the sleep you mention..
Seanna has not long gone 5yrs old n she needs n has 10hrs sleep of a night...
Seanna stopped day time sleep when 2.5yrs due to the racket kids were making in adult fitness park near house... But at that point she was 1-2hrs a day n 10hrs of a night...
When she stopped day sleep she was sleeping 12hrs a night....
3.5-4yrs 11hrs night n since like Xmas time it's been 10hrs night.
Some kiddies r good sleepers n some not sadly...
