My daughter will be 4 in the first week of October. When do you start them in preschool?? I completely forgot about it all. Is it free like regular school or is it a tuition? I kind of feel like she isjt ready for pre school, to leave to a school. Even though everytime i dropped off my son she wants to go with him and she'll pretend to get her book bag and do homework lol.

They have to be 4 on or before September 1st in Florida so she will miss the cut off. Some are fees some schools have a certain amount of spots for free. Jr went last year . Ariyah will go this year she just makes the cut off!

There should be a free one in your area ... but that’s your decision I you don’t necessarily have to send her to pre-K that’s your choice .. I don’t trust no “day care “ “preschool” they be treating kids fucked up and I avoid myself to be going to jail having to fuck some bitch up talking or doing something crazy to my children 😑 but here I believe they can start “head start” at 3 and then pre-K at 4 before sept 1st so she may have to wait for next year
They have vpk there birthday has to be before a certain time but mine did that for free it’s in your area too
In GA, you have to be 4 before Sept 1., I think it’s the same for Florida. But through the school is free. You can check around your local churches, a lot of them have a pre-K program that is only a couple days a week from like 8:30-12, just to get them used to going and being around other kids.
Usually you have to pay for most preschools but there are some pre-k programs through local school districts that are free. There are age requirements and sometimes other requirements though. She may not meet the age requirement with her birthday in October. She won’t be able to start kindergarten for a couple of more years so if you don’t think she’s ready yet then you can hold off a bit.
Here they have to be 4 by September 1st to enter prek
