Anyone use Stanley steamer before ? We’re you happy with it ? We rented out our home for 6 months for some personal reasons and they did not take good care of the carpets and we’re going back end of January. Made an appointment to treat w enzymes . Any feedback?

My fiances uncle worked for them for years. They do a good job imo. But i also think it changes store to store though. Depends on the management amd employees. If they are hard workers and do things the right way or if they half ass it if u know what I mean. Maybe look at the reviews for the one in your area.

I've used them multiple times for my finished basement carpet. I am always very happy with their customer service, how quickly they can get to my house and how fresh and clean my carpet looks and smells afterwards
I think they are all chain stores and it depends on the store how well they do things. I would look up your particular location and see of there are any reviews, like on Yelp or Facebook.
