I been using this growth mix and it really do help my daughter hair is healthy. I just went through chemo so I have a few bald spot and it growing back and the rest of my hair is think and getting longer.
This hair spritz helped my daughter's hair thicken up pretty well and we only used it for a month. I need to get some for mine now! Lol

Take some biotin and rub vitamin E oil on your scalp.

i thought about gettin some of those womens hair and nail vitamins but suck at remembering to take vitamins

I heard of ppl doing that but I think I read some where that it may be bad for your hair... I'm not sure tho because I didn't research enough. I use Head & shoulders with almond oil. The shampoo & conditioner in one & it's helped my hair thicken back up and my scalp is healthy & not dry.
