2,850 new cases of covid in Ohio today. What the absolute hell?! We were hit so hard at the beginning. We know what we are supposed to do. And we just won't do it. My family has been responsible from the start and it gets exhausting to watch others just do whatever. I wish our governor would start fining people who ignore our mask mandate.

@icebergahead my MIL who is a nurse had one 3 weeks ago with our great aunt and uncle (both high risk) and 2 of our aunts and an uncle. None of them are low risk. I was so disgusted. Then they want to pressure us to get together. It's Zoom or.nothing until there's a vaccine, because you're all morons.
We're just so weak as a society. An article was just published in our local paper about my husband's great grandfather, who founded the local Sons of Italy. He immigrated from Italy, joined the military, and WWI broke out and he couldn't bring his wife or his child for 4 years! He didn't meet his daughter until she was 4 because he was fighting in the war and couldn't get their passports together before everything shut down. People think they have it so bad because they have to wear a piece of cloth over their ugly face and stay home for a few months with wifi, cable TV, and anything you want delivered. So over it!
