I wonder if after coronavirus (if it ever ends, smh) I wonder if parents will respect teachers more? Be more grateful for the profession?
Anyway, it's hard on the teachers too, my teacher friends say they have to live stream, record videos and make lesson plans. I shouldn't laugh, but it's a little funny seeing the older teachers struggle with the technology, lol, it's kinda cute

I truly doubt it. I’ve been in education for going on 14 years, first as a teacher and now as an administrator. The disrespect just keeps getting worse & worse each year. Just scroll through this timeline on any given day and you’ll find 5+ posts a day bitching about a teacher.

@ekko I doubt it too, but I can dream. I don't see those posts, but I came on during quarantine. It kills me that the new generations aren't doing better
I’ve been saying for years they need to put more money in education. Hopefully they will take it seriously and actually push for it after this.
@amouryaya09 they really need to. Parents need to respect teachers more, most people are running around like a chicken with it's head chopped off, smh, cuz their kids aren't in school, but want to mouth off to teachers
