It’s not even cool outside it’s just cooler than it has been so I got into my fall vibes and made a huge pot of Baked Tater Soup. And omg it was amazing!!

Melt 2/3 cup butter over medium heat add 2/3 cup flour whisk until smooth add 7 cups of milk gradually whisking continually until thick add 4 large peeled and cubed baked potatoes(these will need to already be cooked) bring to a boil. Then turn down to a simmer for 10 minutes add 12 strips of bacon crumbled, 1 cup sour cream, & shredded cheese.
