Today is definitely a Monday. Mr-mr decided to stay awake and party so he was wanting all of my snuggles this AM. 🥰 Best excuse to not get anything done. It started pouring right at naptime so we made 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies and they turned out delicious!

1 cup sugar
1 large egg

I used both granulated and brown sugar.
