I am ECSTATIC! I'll post the whole crazy story later but the house we loved that had another offer accepted had the buyers back out and they just accepted our offer! I want to cry! We still need to make sure it passes inspection we and our financing need to go through the final steps but at the end of September we should be in our own house!
