Not holding my breathe but my figures are definitely crossed! I just got a call from out mortgage lender that we got pre-approved for more then we were looking at. We have a house we want to go look at that was recently completely remodeled: roof, hot water heater, siding, electric, new appliances and right across the street from the park at the price we were hoping for! Figures crossed all goes well we so need out of my moms house!
